SAIM is attentive to the safety measures of the collaborators on the worksite and during auto transfers.
The employees are constantly informed through monthly, quarterly and annual meetings, successively integrated with meetings that are directed and managed by the Customers.

The individual protection items given to SAIM collaborators are comfortable and are immediately replaced when worn out.

The means of transportation are systematically replaced every 30 months, or when reaching 120,000 Km. and are all equipped with ABS, air-bag and air-conditioned.

SAIM has furthermore established two prizes: an annual one is given in absence of disabling accidents; another is given to collaborators that give warning of “risk at work” or suggestions that permit to improve the procedures and safety level on worksites.

Every worker is supplied with a pamphlet on recurrent risks. They are also supplied with a folder which must be kept in the warehouse and on every vehicle with information regarding::
